As a Product Management Associate within JPMorgan US Securities Services Off-Balance Sheet Liquidity Product team, you'll assist in managing client solutions across its automated investment sweep and client-directed trading product platforms. And, as part of the team, you'll be directly involved in overseeing the global product platform, collaborating with various businesses (Asset Management and Payments) and stakeholders (Product Development, Operations, Sales, Service, and Technology) across JPMorgan. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a leading global custodian in a dynamic and evolving product area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to both the daily management and strategic growth of the off-balance sheet liquidity product platform.
- Integrate risk, compliance, and business assessments to maintain and enhance control measures.
- Analyze regulatory impacts on the product and lead change initiatives to ensure compliance.
- Assist Sales and Service with product inquiries and communicate platform enhancements that meet evolving client needs.
- Support client onboarding to our product solutions and address client queries and information requests.
- Oversee the product life cycle, collaborating closely with Operations, Product Development, and Technology teams.
- Monitor and review financials and key performance indicators; provide metrics to senior stakeholders.
- Resolve daily issues, fulfill data requests, and meet reporting requirements.
- Drive clear and timely updates to all organizational levels.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience in product or project management within financial services sector
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Analytical, resourceful, and strategic mindset
- Effective time management and task prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in analytical tools like Alteryx and Tableau for data visualization
- FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 63 licenses (can be obtained within first 6 months of employment)
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, required
