Job Summary:

As a Product Manager within the EMEA Collateral Services Product team, you will be responsible for the Triparty product and support institutional clients. You will report into the regional head of the business, and will be responsible for the Products P&L. Your focus will be on three main pillars - Local Governance, Oversight and Regulatory Landscape, Strategy, Planning, delivery, marketing and in life optimisation of the EMEA Collateral Products, and Regional and Global strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Stay abreast of emerging industry trends, best practices, and regulatory developments to proactively inform product strategy and ensure alignment with market expectations
  • Being the local escalation point for Product issues both from internal or external clients
  • Liaise with Operations Oversight team to ensure collaborative and effective Product Oversight
  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on governance and regulatory matters to internal teams, including sales, implementation, and client support
  • Develop and deliver effective product training materials and presentations to ensure internal teams are equipped with the necessary knowledge to effectively position and support the collateral services product suite
  • Act as collateral services subject matter expert in relation to global markets infrastructure, from both an account structure and settlement perspective
  • Managing projects, either as part of a wider team contributing to the end goal or as the lead driving the change and structuring the roadmap.
  • Promote diversity, equity and inclusion within JPM and actively participate in business resource groups.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Securities Financing industry experience
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage a senior-level audience
  • Proven experience in delivering on commitment to clients
  • Experience of Securities Lending and the Tri-Party repo market preferred
  • Solid understanding of the regulatory environment affecting the industry
  • Superior partnership skills and ability to drive institutional change
  • Experience interacting with multiple functional areas across Product, Operations, Technology, Legal, Risk and Sales
  • Able to demonstrate influencing skills and strategic thinking
  • Clear communicator. Able to easily adapt communication style in different situations
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Change management experience
