We are looking for n Anlyst to join our team! As an Agency Securities Financing - Trading Analyst within our team, you will be responsible for daily tasks such as assisting with trading preparation, data analysis, and completing various trading desk related reporting. You will also be involved in longer-term and ad hoc projects, including the analysis of book, optimization opportunities, and assessing the relative value of potential trades. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to contribute to improving and automating desk reporting, as well as assisting with enhancing our existing desk legal documentation, procedures, and controls. This role provides an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in the business and gain a solid understanding of the securities financing market.

Job Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for all trading aspects relating to their product(s) and market(s)
- Contribute to and exceed year-over-year revenue for their markets (revenue as outlined in yearly plan)
- Communicate potential market and regulatory developments, identifying potential revenue opportunities and acting in a market facing consultancy/advisory capacity to wider JPM stakeholders
- Maintain close partnerships and communication flows with Borrowers, Product, RM's, IS Sales, Legal and Tax.
- Provide timely commentary on any deals/trade opportunities.
- Act as an SME and "go to person" for their product and lending markets
- Work with operations stakeholders to assist in clearing any operational noise with borrowers - fails monitoring; billing issues; outstanding payments; corporate actions - feed these into borrower quarterly reviews
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Some trade support/trading experience within financial industry
- Strong knowledge of financial markets
- Must work well under pressure, possess strong organizational skills and be a self-motivator
- Must be outgoing, confident, and assertive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Ability to work with global team members and develop partnerships to achieve results
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Securities lending experience
- Ability to work problems and issues through to successful resolution
- Ability to work independently
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Bloomberg, Qlik Sense and Tableau
