As a SAS Supplier Control Assessor ICB Team Lead in the Global Supplier Services team, you will lead a global team responsible for executing comprehensive supplier assessments. You will ensure that cybersecurity and technology controls are thoroughly evaluated, contributing to JPMC's robust risk management framework. Job Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver comprehensive supplier technology and cybersecurity control assessments.
- Influence and support Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across assessment operations.
- Organize and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
- Identify and develop key talent opportunities within the team.
- Leverage internal and external assessment resources effectively.
- Respond to inquiries about assessment status and explain identified risks.
- Coach and retain a high-performing assessment team in Warsaw and Manila.
- Demonstrate collaborative leadership and celebrate team accomplishments.
- Lead onsite/virtual assessments, providing IT and cybersecurity expertise.
- Identify control breaks and vulnerabilities in supplier IT environments.
- Document findings and collaborate on action plans or risk acceptance approvals.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in managing operations and leading cross-regional teams.
- 5-8 years in Technology, Technology Risk & Controls, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
- Experience with infrastructure, databases, and networks.
- Understanding of industry risk frameworks (ISO27001, NIST, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills at the senior management level.
- Experience debating issues with senior decision-makers.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSP, CRISC certification.
- Experience in Technology Audit, Application Security, Cloud Security.
- Experience in Third Party Outsourcing Risk Management.
- Proven ability to influence and engage at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements.
- Experience in talent development and team leadership.
- Strong collaborative and innovative mindset.
