As a Salesforce Senior Business Analyst - System Administrator within our IT team, you will be responsible for setting up, customizing, and developing Salesforce.com and related app implementations. You will troubleshoot, track, and resolve end-user issues, support product owners with refining and documenting user requirements, and lead the functional/technical solution architecture & design. This role provides an opportunity to work in an agile environment with a team of architects and developers, and to foster a culture promoting technical growth, respect, empowerment, and continuous innovation.

- Setup, customize and develop Salesforce.com and related app implementations,
- Troubleshoot, track, and resolve end-user issues including identifying and documenting defects, managing access requests, and performing bulk data loads
- Support product owner/s with refining and documenting user requirements and leading the functional/technical solution architecture & design
- Develop and enhance custom applications & features on the platform, by leveraging Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, Analytics, and Community Clouds
- Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with other applications using relevant APIs and Integration frameworks
- Work in an agile environment with a team of architects and developers
- Maintain the overall quality and integrity of the platform through appropriate quality assurance activities including user acceptance testing, production validation, and documentation of technical requirements
- Foster a culture promoting technical growth, respect between team-members, empowerment, and continuous innovation
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience supporting a large Salesforce deployment/organization with multiple integrations
- Current Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and/or Platform App Builder certified
- Ability to recommend, direct and implement best practices on the platform
- Strong experience and understanding of Salesforce APIs and integration patterns
- Strong knowledge and experience around Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud features
- Demonstrated track record of solving business problems creatively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to gather and document business/technical requirements
- Flexible, process-oriented, organized with excellent analytical & troubleshooting skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with CRMA, Tableau, or Data Cloud
- Application Development work in Scrum/Agile environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
- Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity and ability to interpret system/business requirements and prepare specification and design document
