As a Risk Reporting Specialist, Analyst in our Corporate Risk Management team, you will be at the forefront of managing risk through changing market conditions. You will work closely with the Chief Risk Officer to establish a robust onshore risk governance framework, ensuring compliance with Korea regulations. Your role will be pivotal in managing regulatory reporting and presenting risk profiles to the Risk Committee, fostering informed decision-making.

Job responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive onshore risk governance framework in compliance with Korea's regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary gatekeeper for queries and inspections from local regulators on general risk matters of the Legal Entity.
- Manage the submission of regular regulatory reports via the Korea regulatory system.
- Present Legal Entity risk profiles to the Risk Committee, highlighting relevant risk and control issues.
- Undertake additional supporting roles as required by the Korea Senior Country Business Manager office.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong control and quality management skills; accuracy and attention to detail are vital
- Assertive and self-confident, comfortable interacting with senior management
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in financial institutions as a market analyst or a member of risk management team
- Well-developed negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills
- Excellent coaching skills
- Detail and deadline-oriented
