As a Risk Management Product Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring Consumer and Community Banking key risk management priorities are implemented, supported, and monitored seamlessly. You will need to work well and communicate effectively with different teams, including Technology, Chief Risk Office and Line of Business teams. Additional areas of experience preferred: product or program management, analytics, data management, or predictive decision science.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support Team Delivery by understanding what the team is working on and helps them achieve their goals.
  • Assists Area Product Owner by acting as the eyes and ears for the APO (Area Product Owner) and provide insights on how the team is working together.
  • Keep track of backlog and helps prioritize to make the most of the team's efforts. Works with the Scrum Master to keep the backlog organized and ensures everything in Jira is up to date.
  • Utilize data and expert knowledge to help identify problems that need solving, which helps guide the product development process.
  • Attend and takes part in important meetings and events, setting a good example and encouraging team growth.
  • Encourage Innovation by looking for creative solutions to problems and inspires the team to think outside the box when challenges arise.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and help guide the product vision. Works to create customer-focused solutions across the organization.
  • Provide continuous improvement - both for the product and for yourself.
  • Collaborate by working across multiple teams and cross-functional areas.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Business Management, or a similar field of study.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects to completion under strict deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to present data-driven recommendations clearly and logically, effectively \"telling a story\" with data.
  • Ability to write or understand programming languages used for big data and traditional models, such as Python, Scala, SAS, and SQL.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Familiarity with big data technologies (for example, Cloud), data management tools, and reporting visualization solutions is preferred but not required.
