As a Product Delivery Manager in Fraud Risk, you will interact with stakeholders serving as a liaison between scrum teams and business end-users to identify and design optimal solutions. You will coordinate with area product leads from initiation through implementation, communicating and coordinating with stakeholders across the firm to work toward the best possible outcomes. You are both customer and execution focused and equally passionate about solving business problems through innovation and modernization. Job Responsibilities
- Partner with product owners, data scientists, fraud strategists, and other key stakeholders to clearly define and plan project deliverables and oversee the execution of the overall roadmap plan.
- Ensure project tracking and documentation is complete; ensure JIRA project statuses are updated.
- Effectively facilitate and manage meetings with a clear agenda, recap discussions and provide actionable items.
- Coordinate planning sessions with area product teams, technology, strategy partners, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate and contribute to various area product reporting needs. Has the ability to frame messages for different audiences and \"tell the story.\"
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with project workstream leads, business stakeholders, technology, operations, peers, subject matter experts and others.
- Escalate issues and risks appropriately, drive to resolution.
- Drive project and process methodology consistency and maturity across the team.
- Influence a culture of community and inclusivity across the team and department
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in project management in financial services
- Well versed with Agile methodology and experience in driving projects under this framework.
- Ability to multi-task and manage and deliver competing priorities
- Self-motivated, tenacious with excellent time management/prioritization skills
- Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communications with ability to edit and prepare executive level communications with fast moving pieces of information
- Adept at working in matrix organization and dynamic high performance teams
- Strong inter-personal skills to instill confidence and trust
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Preferred experience with using workflow tools, SharePoint, Jira, and Tableau
- Preferred Certification for Project Management
- Experience in fraud risk a plus
- Experience working with globally distributed scrum teams a plus
