As a Vice President within the Business Management & Governance team, part of the Reporting, Middle Office and Controls organization, you will be instrumental in achieving key business goals and priorities. Your role will involve providing operational support, analytical capabilities, and insights to meet significant objectives. Being part of a team that fosters a collaborative and inclusive culture, your ideas will be valued and your contributions acknowledged. Your wide-ranging responsibilities will include managing team agendas, conducting business reviews, implementing action plans, overseeing special projects, initiating control-related initiatives, and handling communications.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of the key processes, standards and policies that determine the day-to-day deliverables
  • Lead key programs and execute against deliverables in support of the global organization
  • Act as a trusted advisor and partner with the management team to execute on strategic deliverables to meet business goals
  • Instill operational rigor across processes with a bigger picture mindset
  • Implement an effective communication strategy so that key information is disseminated to the right parties and that deliverables are executed in a timely manner
  • Organize agenda for management team meetings, track deliverables and hold the team accountable on priorities
  • Prepare management reporting and business reviews for senior management to increase transparency of key initiatives

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders
  • An aptitude for strategy, stakeholder engagement, and business operations
  • The ability to simplify complex messages and influence the organization to respond to change
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize information for senior management in a clear and structured way
  • Attention to detail and advanced skills in PowerPoint for data visualization and Excel to complete data analysis
  • Resourcefulness, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential/sensitive information

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Ideal but not required, prior experience in business management, project management, strategy and/or governance role
