Our Business Management team acts as a trusted advisor to the APAC Risk Leadership team and optimizes business performance by helping to lead key strategic initiatives and priorities.

As an Associate within the APAC Risk Business Management team, you will be responsible for playing an instrumental part in supporting APAC Credit Risk leaders, as well as the broader APAC Risk management team. You will be engaged in advising senior management and coordinating strategic and tactical priorities; focusing on various aspects of governance, communication, strategy, and overall business hygiene and maintenance. This role offers the opportunity to work independently or partner with teammates across geographies on projects with regional or global impact.

Job responsibilities

  • Support the APAC Credit Risk Management team on planning and execution of strategies; participate in working groups and lead timely deliveries of initiatives
  • Facilitate the governance framework, which includes organizing, preparing and following up on meetings, all-hands calls, forums and townhalls
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the region and be the go-to person for providing information on APAC Credit Risk
  • Produce strategic and financial presentations for management meetings and business reviews, headcount analysis and budgetary process; Analyze and report key trends and themes for senior audiences
  • Create executive presentations for multiple different events and scenarios
  • Engage in offsite planning and preparation, people events/initiatives

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, business Management or Chief Operating Officer (COO) office
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills to manage competing demands; with attention to detail and logical thought process
  • Able to establish strong internal relationships across a broad range of functions; track record on influencing/ managing complex organizations, projects/programs with diverse stakeholders
  • A problem-solver with solid ability to provide a clear, concise point of view to senior executives
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
  • Social maturity and confidence, with inherent ability to perform under stress
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with peers inside and outside the organization, identify opportunities, develop solutions and implement modifications using strong collaboration across teams
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Working knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx
  • Good command on maintaining and using data for representation and decision making
