Job Responsibilities:

  • independently manage key deliveries/projects
  • Proven track record in partnering with Technology, Legal and Compliance to implement change and drive operations agenda.
  • Solid understanding of OTC derivative instruments and market dynamics preferably to include Rates as an asset class.
  • Strong understanding of transaction lifecycles, systems and controls and the functions responsible for execution of those controls.
  • Understanding Regulatory requirements and reporting is desirable
  • Develop and implement an appropriate control framework and production of MIS and Key Performance Indicators including trend analysis
  • Production planning and workload balancing on a day-to-day basis
  • Ability to run end-to-end UAT testing of key tech deliveries is a plus

Required Qualification, skills and Capabilities:

  • Good time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Good relationship building skills and ability to deal with counterparts at all levels
  • Strong leadership potential
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills
  • 8-12 year+ experience in Trade support/Regulatory functions (booking trades, trade verification and reconciliations
