The role as the Regulatory operation Business Analyst Vice President will work on routine tasks for reg repot project management on report enhancement, data source issue identify or improvement. As PM and BA role, it's also required to manage from operation side on any business and other stakeholder for any new product, project or initiative implementation on reg report.
Job responsibilities
- Works closely with lob reg report users to ensure the good delivery of reg report projects with all the SBE requirement delivery on time.
- To build up reg report mechanism for operation adhere to global/regional reg report framework.
- Manage and work as BA to draw the user report requirement from banking into SBE(specification by example).
- Understand and work out solution on all reg report operation, and issue, pain point on reg report processing. including data quality issue, system behavior, regulation specifications.
- Initiate and drive to work out internal validation IA tool for local regulatory reports validation and cross check.
- Establish/update Standard control on reg report referring on internal policies as well as governing rules and regulations.
- Adhere to all control standards including local regulatory requirements and global policies.
- Control Self Assessments are completed thoroughly and on time.
- Have a connection with Global, regional& local reg tech or business stakeholders to deliver reg report.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 5+ years bank/financial industry working experience and project management skills.
- Have strong analysis skills on data, business scenario and digital tool apps. Obtain skill license on excel, altreyx, python is preferred.
- Have the knowledge background on banking business and product.
- Be familiar with local regulation on reg report, ensure all the BA SBE analysis and review on user requirement is in line with local regulation.
- Fluent in speaking, reading & writing skills in both English & Chinese Mandarin.
- Strong control mindset, sound specific industry knowledge & strong project co-ordination skills.
