As a Reference Data Specialist in Merchant Services, you'll provide operational support within our Corporate Investment Bank Line of Business. You'll be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of documentation management for clients are completed timely. Any exceptions and client/stakeholder inquiries are resolved quickly. You are expected to actively participate in the training sessions to understand the product and process flow/s. Therefore, you will focus on being able to function with minimal dependency on the team. You will be expected to partner with your stakeholders to service the clients. Additional responsibilities may include managing daily regulatory reporting tasks and remediation activities, implementing templates in documentation system for operational use, implementing templates in e-signature platform, testing in UAT /PROD etc.

Job Responsibilities:

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • You must have at least 6 months of professional experience
  • You must have at least a bachelor's degree or above
  • Understanding of the financial services industry, products, documentation, and processes
  • Strong analytical skills with complementary communications and presentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Excellent client focus working practices
  • Ability to drive results through people, communication, influence, and interactions.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, etc.)
