As a Reference Data Specialist within our Static Data team (EMEA Cash Static), you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively, sharing workload with your team. Your problem-solving and analytical skills will be key in handling tasks efficiently. You will be responsible for executing tasks, managing workflows, ensuring data integrity and improving processes. Join us in providing excellent service to our clients and making a significant impact in the banking Operations environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process static data maintenances and respond to queries for customer accounts on-boarded.
- Meet day-to-day deliverables with a high level of timeliness and accuracy.
- Ensure all deliverables are met within the given timelines.
- Review processes constantly and regularly, providing ideas to improve the process.
- Achieve the goals and objectives set by the reporting Manager.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- You must have 2+ years of experience in Banking Operations, Static Data function, or Payment processing.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate clearly during conversations with stakeholders.
- Possess knowledge and experience of working on MS-Office.
- You must hold a Bachelor's degree or above
- Understand international payments systems like SWIFT, CHIPS, and FED
- Be willing to work in any shifts, including night shifts.
- Work effectively in teams and share workload with the team.
- Solve problems efficiently and possess good analytical skills.
- Handle tasks efficiently.
