As a Reference Data Associate within the Investor Services team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the implementation of a global strategy across various products. Your role will primarily focus on the Client Account Services Model (CIM), Client Documentation, Accounts, and Entitlements. You will oversee ongoing remediation projects, identify potential risks and barriers, define project roles and responsibilities, manage governance, and track deliverables to ensure successful remediation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Client Account Services activities for in-flight documentation remediation projects.
  • Work across several products and remediation projects, including regulatory requirements and control/risk-related issues.
  • Handle client agreements and related documentation.
  • Lead a team performing functions such as searching, scanning, and indexing legal documents to electronic imaging systems.
  • Maintain client records.
  • Review documents to ensure they satisfactorily meet specific outlined requirements.
  • Contribute to a wider team and provide regular progress updates.
  • Maintain an understanding of client documents.
  • Approach work with a control mindset.
  • Demonstrate an understanding and application of policies and procedures.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Demonstrated strong people management skills.
  • You must have at least 5+ years of experience
  • You must hold at least bachelor's degree or above
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Effective leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deliverables.
  • Proven expertise in time management, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
