Party Reference Data Utility is responsible for timely and accurate completion of Client Reference data setup and maintenance across various LOBs

Key Responsibilities:

Role Description

  • To Create and maintain Client Reference data in System
  • Validate and diligently review documentation
  • To maintain high accuracy level in tasks processed
  • Ensure the procedural guidelines are followed without any misses.
  • Proactively resolve open issues and escalations, keeping management in the loop
  • Liaising and partnering with requestors / business partners as required.
  • Data analysis / research and remediation function as per requirements.
  • Maintain and produce MIS report as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • University Graduate.
  • 2 -5 years' experience in financial services or related industries
  • Excellent Client service and Communication Skills
  • Flexible to shifts and to should be able to deliver as part of the team.
  • Knowledge of MIS reporting/ advanced Excel a plus.
  • Attention to detail and reasoning ability
