As a Reference Data Operations Analyst you will be responsible for process reviews, data analysis, change adoption and remediation activity to improve controls, efficiency and customer experience. You will support the entire client documentation lifecycle with innovative, secure solutions.
Job responsibilities
- Executes assigned tasks promptly with minimal supervision
- Understands and documents business processes in detail and proactively challenges the status quo
- Performs data analysis to support recommendations and implementation of change
- Assists in the development of content and reference materials to communicate to leaders and stakeholders key metrics and status updates
- Supports the adoption of process and controls improvements across DDS operations team through change readiness and adoption monitoring activities
- Conducts root cause analysis on errors and escalations and develops strategies to improve accuracy, efficiency and client experience
- Maintains a control mindset, staying alert to issues and risks that could impact processes or the organization
- Proposes and implements process improvements and automation initiatives
- Demonstrates excellent client focus and customer care practices, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Excellent analytical skills with strong oral and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio)
