Would you like to work in a very multinational environment on a daily basis, learn more about various countries within EMEA region, and speak foreign languages at work? Join our EMEA recruitment team (Ex-UK) to experience a truly cross-cultural environment.

As a Recruiter within the EMEA (Ex-UK) team, you will work closely with other teams across different countries and departments. This role will require excellent prioritization skills to smoothly manage the recruitment process and partner successfully with our stakeholders. Each country in the EMEA region has its own unique job market and legal requirements, so research and understanding of these differences are very important to tailor the recruitment strategy accordingly.

  • Execute and develop a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR partners, and senior leadership, to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders across different countries to ensure alignment and support for talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Work closely with the sourcing team to identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Share feedback from hiring managers with candidates and provide appropriate updates on their application status.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Previous experience in recruitment function or similar HR field
  • Strong ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively in both written and spoken English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and able to pivot quickly in response to new opportunities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations.
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices for safeguarding sensitive information.
  • Willingness to learn every day

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Knowledge of foreign European languages
