Receivables Product Solution Specialist

You will partner with Business Banking Cash Management as the subject matter expert on solution design, pricing, and presentation delivery as part of a team effort to secure, retain, and grow receivables relationships that significantly contribute to the overall profitability for the firm.

As a Receivables Product Solution Specialist (PSS) in Business Banking, you will lead the delivery of Receivables and Connectivity solutions through best-in-class product solution that leverages connectivity and reporting capabilities of the Firm.

Job Responsibilities

  • Regarded as the subject matter expert on complex Cash Management receivable product solutions
  • Serves as a trusted advisor, leveraging expert knowledge, to proactively identify, create and pitch profitable receivable product solutions while working within the risk parameters that protect the bank
  • Leads client receivables process reengineering recommendations, perform business case analysis for clients supporting an integrated payables solution set, and articulate the end-to-end operational and working capital benefits of our receivables products
  • Scaling and integrating receivables platforms by defining the product and end-to-end delivery strategy, packaging solutions against client segments. Managing product launches and providing in depth training and support to the Cash Management team to ensure a best in-class client experience
  • Possesses a strong client presentation skill set. Passionate about leading and delivering solutions to clients.
  • Thinks strategically and presents recommendations for sustainable product knowledge solutions focusing on training, knowledge retention, material presentation, and development of functioning resources
  • Actively participates in partner meetings and communicates key Cash Management complex payables messages timely and accurately; builds collaborative relationships with the Cash Management Product & Production teams, sales teams, and cross-functional partners

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of Treasury/Cash Management sales or product management/development experience, with a focus on the receivables product set
  • Strong technical expertise, receivables industry knowledge, and consultative background around complex solutions
  • Strong executive management presentation skills
  • Laser focus in understanding and articulating customer needs and turning needs into actionable solutions and sales
  • Ability to generate ideas, identify and lead the development of new business
  • Demonstrates excellent selling and negotiation skills
  • Strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and cross-functional partners; Demonstrates strong time management, organizational and planning skills. Moderate travel is required to support a multi-state sales territory

  • Motivation - Ability to demonstrate tenacity, focus, and discipline to accomplish results
