Quant Analytics Senior Associate - Product Analytics

Product Analytics is tasked with measuring and analyzing Business Banking deposit products (Checking, Savings, and CDs) to provide actionable recommendations to enhance the product features and controls.

As a Quant Analytics Associate Senior in the Product Analytics team you will be responsible for delivering against the product agenda and working with respective partners. Key constituents will include Controls, Strategy, Finance, Technology, and other Data & Analytics teams.

You will work as a member of a cross-functional team to improve deposit and cash management products for our customers. You will be responsible for building relationships with Product partners and delivering actionable Business Intelligence in clear and compelling terms. You will have a passion for data visualization and deep analytical understanding.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with partners across Product functions and LOB's to provide data driven insights to support Product strategic direction and growth
  • Provide consultative support for Product partners driven by fact-based findings
  • Evolve and refine measurement frameworks and KPIs for Customer Measurement
  • Provide analysis and associated data visualization and story-telling
  • Focus and prioritize the analytics agenda to align with overall strategy and business value
  • Collaborate within Product Analytics to enhance the quality and value of team deliverables

Required Qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • 3+ years relevant experience analyzing customer experiences
  • Demonstrated ability to define business KPIs and establish measurement frameworks
  • Structured thinker with passion for analyzing results and digging deeper
  • Hands on experience with behavioral and transactional analytics tools and techniques
  • Experience working with Business Intelligence (BI) platforms to deliver reports and scorecards
  • Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, Alteryx, and SQL preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives, business partners, and technical resources in analytics and data management
  • Strong PowerPoint and slide-writing skills to deliver analytical insights preferred
  • Post MBA Strategy and/ or Management Consulting experience preferred
  • Ability and desire to work in a start-up paced environment and culture

Preferred Qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Advanced SQL experience in a must
  • Product experience preferred
  • Snowflake and Tableau experience a plus
