Primary Description:

Join our dynamic analytics team to leverage data and analytics in delivering innovative insights and solutions for the Connected Banking Portfolio of digital products to drive measurable business impact and customer outcomes.

As a Quant Analytics Senior Associate on the Connected Banking Analytics team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute analytical projects that align with our strategic objectives. You will be responsible for synthesizing data, conducting analyses, and delivering actionable insights to drive business performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize strategic, analytical, and data science skills to tackle a wide range of challenges within the enterprise.
  • Develop and implement analytical solutions by organizing diverse requirements with a high tolerance for ambiguity and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Create innovative solutions to answer key business questions by leveraging existing data assets or creating new ones; scale experimentation, integrate real-time data, and deliver on personalization goals.
  • Collaborate with Product, Strategy, Technology, and Design organizations to transform strategic priorities into a prioritized analytics roadmap, adapting quickly as client guidance evolves.
  • Communicate practical data insights in a compelling manner that is actionable by senior leadership through presentations, discussions, and visualizations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal guidance, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Apply experimentation methodologies, such as A/B testing, to optimize and personalize business strategies.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Applied Math, Operations Research, Physics, Data Science fields).
  • 4+ years of industry experience in business analytics roles (e.g., digital analytics, customer analytics, marketing analytics, sales analytics, business insights).
  • Proficiency with modern data science and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
  • Experience in Cloud environments (AWS, Snowflake).
  • Understanding of modern data mining, quantitative research, and data science techniques (e.g., machine learning, behavioral analytics).
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex information in an understandable, compelling, and persuasive manner to senior executives, business, and technology partners.
  • Ability to work effectively in project teams with a proven track record of being detail-oriented, innovative, creative, and strategic.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Alteryx; experience with Machine Learning, AI preferred.
  • Proven ability to define business KPIs and establish measurement frameworks.
  • Background in financial services.

We have a strong partnership with Technology, which provides cutting edge data and analytics infrastructure. The team powers Chase with insights to create the best customer and business outcomes.
