DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Collaborate with business partners by leveraging analytics and data insights to improve marketing campaign performance. Create audiences for marketing and servicing communications through multiple channels including owned, paid media and non-digital campaigns. Support acquisition and engagement across Credit Card, Auto, Retail, Home Lending, and Payments. Utilize data tools to define, size, and execute on audiences. Develop and manage customer attributes and research new data elements for insights. Produce data validation on campaign populations to ensure marketing requirements are met. Identify correlations and trends in data, and communicate impacts that could affect results of the campaign. Recognize and implement ideas for global process improvements to increase department efficiency. Represent the Audience Management group in technical meetings with IT and other areas.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, or related field of study plus 2 (Two) years of experience in the job offered or as Quant Analytics, Marketing Analyst, Marketing Strategy Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, or related field of study plus 5 (Five) years of experience in the job offered or as Quant Analytics, Marketing Analyst, Marketing Strategy Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Data processing using SQL; Data processing using SAS; Data processing using Alteryx; Data processing using Python; SQL; Relational databases such as Oracle or Teradata; VB; VBA; Python; Unix shell scripting; Decision modeling; Rules engines; Sapiens; Segment; Data migration to AWS; Data migration to Snowflake; Data visualization using Tableau; Paid media planning; Performance marketing platforms; Audience creation, campaign management, and in-platform optimization techniques; Excel, including pivot tables and conditional formatting.
