As a Quant Analytics Associate Senior within the Deposit Services and Fees Insights team, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering best-in-class data analytics. You will use your exceptional data mining abilities to drive deposit services and fees strategy and deposit portfolio management, while staying informed of industry trends.

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of recurring analytics and reporting.
  • Pull data from internal sources (via SQL) and maintain data integrity.
  • Communicate data nuances and analytics findings to partners and senior leaders.
  • Partner with strategy leads, Finance, Risk, and Product teams.
  • Monitor competitor changes and industry trends.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis for potential product or fee changes.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Minimum 5 years in data & analytics, product management, or similar function.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field.
  • Mastery in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL.
  • Confidence and passion for data and analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to query large data sets to solve complex problems.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience with analytics tools like SAS, Python, Tableau, Teradata, or Alteryx.
  • Background in financial services or similar industry.
