Quant Analytics Associate Senior - Payments Strategy

We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for you to take your Analytics career to the next level.

As a Quant Analytics Associate Senior within the Data and Analytics team, you will leverage data to set quantifiable goals and influence business decisions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies and experimentation, while also creating KPIs, dashboards, and analyses to enhance business performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Synthesize data from various sources to identify trends and patterns that enhance the customer experience in mortgage operations.
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities for improving operations and employee efficiency.
  • Utilize advanced data discovery and mining tools to uncover relationships and trends, providing new insights into behaviors.
  • Convert data into actionable insights and use data visualization tools to effectively communicate findings.
  • Extract data from multiple sources using SQL, Python, R, and other tools.
  • Work with business partners across channels to evaluate needs and develop end-to-end solutions.
  • Implement solutions within budget, control requirements, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 8 years of experience in advanced analytics with a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field.
  • Strong SQL knowledge, including complex queries and stored procedures.
  • Experience with relational databases and query optimization for efficient data retrieval.
  • Ability to define metrics, evaluate results, and recommend system or process improvements.
  • Critical and analytical thinking with a data-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in developing advanced data visualizations and presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Advanced analytics experience, with preferred knowledge in tools such as SSRS, Power BI, or Alteryx.
  • Functional industry experience in product, marketing, credit/risk, or finance.
