Quant Analytics Associate - Offers and Shopping, Digital Analytics

We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for you to take your Analytics career to the next level.

As a Quant Analytics Associate within the Data & Analytics Team, you will deliver timely and actionable insights to drive customer engagement and business performance. You will collaborate with Product, Design, Tech, and Data Analytic teams to define measurable objectives and key results, creating deliverables to track progress. Additionally, you will foster a culture of continuous experimentation by proactively driving the test-and-learn agenda and removing obstacles to innovation.

Job responsibilities

  • Synthesize data from multiple sources to identify actionable insights that enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to test and implement changes that improve user experience and increase adoption.
  • Work with UX/UI teams to enhance user experience and boost conversion rates through testing and implementation.
  • Analyze web and mobile customer behavior to measure performance and report key trends to senior leadership.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital, product, or marketing analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, business analytics, finance, economics, mathematics, or an engineering field with significant quantitative research and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in writing code to query data using Snowflake SQL or Python.
  • Experience with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and independently navigate loosely defined business problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present data insights to non-technical audiences.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Master's degree preferred in statistics, business analytics, finance, economics, mathematics, or an engineering field with significant quantitative research and data analysis.
  • Experience with experimentation tools such as Split, Optimizely, or Adobe Target.
  • Experience in designing analytics implementation to enhance data collection.
