As a Quant Analytics Associate on the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Card Acquisitions Forecast & Offers Analytic Team, you will collaborate with colleagues from Product, Finance, Risk, and Marketing to create data-driven insights that inform credit card acquisition offer strategies. Your daily responsibilities will encompass researching forecasting methodologies, developing data assets with relevant performance indicators, and analyzing credit card markets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Research, adapt, and implement quantitative methods to systematically develop credit card acquisitions forecasts, including pro forma financials.
  • Develop data assets by integrating structured and unstructured data from various sources.
  • Uncover meaningful trends and insights to inform credit card acquisition offers.
  • Define appropriate measures to track business performance.
  • Develop consistent, reliable, and informative reports to empower stakeholders.
  • Enable stakeholders to make timely, data-driven decisions.
  • Improve processes and procedures related to credit card acquisition offers, initiatives, and P&L forecasts in collaboration with Product, Finance, Risk, and Marketing teams.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Intellectual curiosity and attention to detail.
  • Aptitude for critical thinking.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Some experience or ability to become proficient with data ETL and visualization tools, such as Snowflake, Alteryx, Tableau, Python, R, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in data analysis, gained from completing research projects or equivalent coursework in an undergraduate degree in a quantitative field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with extensive experience in data analysis, gained through independent research projects or advanced degree coursework in a quantitative field.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Intermediate proficiency in using data ETL and visualization tools such as Snowflake, Alteryx, Tableau, Python, R, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Professional experience in data management and analytics.
  • Preferably experienced in credit cards, consumer banking, or the financial field.
  • Excellent foundation in quantitative analysis and data-driven decision-making.

Hybrid role, requires 3 days in office and no relocation support is offered for this role
