Job Summary:
As a Quality Control Associate for Transaction Servicing Manila, you will be responsible for the management of Quality Control systems/processes, Control Testing, Audit engagements and other Control related responsibilities for WLS FLOW Transaction Servicing. This associate would provide the required support to improve customer relations, ensure accuracy of data, and systems, and timely delivery of evidence and responses to inquiries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Internal CES/CCE/CCOR testing engagement requests for population, evidence, inquiries/follow - ups
- Manage external Audit engagements requests for population, evidence, inquires/follow - ups
- Ensure evidence/deliverables are reviewed, satisfactory and finalized ahead of deadlines
- Completion of all internal/external testing and/or audit engagements withing expected timelines
- Partner with Controls/Compliance to escalate or resolve potential issues, provide feedback regarding Control updates to ensure accuracy of control descriptions
- Manage all ACES updates, including questionnaire updates, submission of Change Control requests, UAT testing, Aurora/ACES reconciliation, and ACES communications to Operations
- Manage ACESX enhancements for WLS FLOW Transaction Servicing Quality Control team, including systemic changes impacting Servicing, process changes, communications to Operations
- Manage the Testing/Audit SharePoint and Tableau site, including adding new audit/testing engagements and updating existing and reporting status/results in Tableau
- Manage/provide oversite of population control for Quality Control, ensuring reconciliations are performed as scheduled, issues noted and resolved, and documentation retained appropriately
- Partner with Quality/Ops Manager's to drive improvement in overall quality results
- Partner with Quality/Ops to ensure Quality Control procedures/job aids are kept current
- Effectively solves problems and shares recommendations for improvement; participates in the solutions or follows up where applicable, apply critical thinking skills
- Introduce new ideas and best practices to improve the process based upon level of success as reflected in overall Scorecard results and knowledge gained from handling requests
- Appropriately identifies &/or escalates potential pain points, issues, or breaks in process

- Provides support and guidance to Controls/internal partners anticipating future needs. Makes warm handoffs to Controls/internal partners where necessary
- Responds to inquiries with a sense of urgency & communicates timelines for completion
