Quality Analyst (Spanish Bilingual)

We provide strategic advice, raise capital, manage risk and extend liquidity in markets around the world. The role is part of the Global Quality Management for the Commercial Card Client Service.

As a Quality Analyst within the Global Quality Management team, you will be responsible for monitoring client interactions across all regions and will provide independent review of employee actions and business processes.

Job responsibilities:

  • Perform quality assessments to ensure accuracy and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures. All reviews must be entered in ACES for tracking and reporting purposes
  • Effectively drive remediation of issues by engaging appropriate resources to mitigate risk with a sense of urgency
  • Clearly articulate key findings to Client Operations business partners and senior leaders and must be able to provide feedback as well on quality performance metrics
  • Identify gaps in the audit process and present continuous improvement plans to management for future assessments
  • Participate and/or take the lead in quality related projects and should develop a strong knowledge of the Operational processes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Must be fluent with either Spanish or Portuguese language for both oral and written
  • Experience in Financial Services, Risk Management, or Wholesale Payments
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to present findings independently in a concise manner and articulate reasoning clearly
  • Ability to review documentation and provide summary overviews and trending analysis for internal and external audiences
  • Must demonstrate critical thinking skills, solve problems creatively, plan and meet deadlines, as well as demonstrate strong sense of personal accountability

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Mandarin as a second language
  • Bachelors' degree graduate
