As a Quality Analyst in Merchant Services, you will ensure client satisfaction by adhering to policies and procedures related to account validation tests and scripts. You will be responsible for closely monitoring and reviewing newly established merchant processing accounts to identify and rectify setup defects. In this role, you should be a highly motivated individual with strong data strategy, problem-solving, influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Validate various systems of records related to Merchant Service processing accounts to ensure accurate client onboarding.
- Investigate and monitor resolution of account setup errors.
- Identify issues and risks, promptly initiate action, and escalate to management to minimize financial loss and reputational damage.
- Perform Global boarding quality control reviews and track progress and updates throughout the review lifecycle.
- Manage risk items and continually demonstrate compliance with key controls.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- Proven knowledge of the merchant service industry, including principles and best practices for various merchant verticals (e.g., Ecommerce, Retail, Petro/Service Stations, Government Services, Utility).
- Meticulous attention to detail and complex problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
- Confident communicator with the ability to provide clear and succinct verbal and written updates.
- Effective communication with senior-level management.
- Superior execution skills with a strong risk and control mindset.
- Work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with Merchant Services systems of record such as Salem PeopleSoft, Orbital, Tandem, and Titan is a plus.
Work Schedule
- This hybrid role requires going into the office three days a week with two day flexibility to work from home, which is subject to change
