As a PXT Finance Investments Scorecard Senior Associate, you will focus on supporting the production of the investment scorecard and conducting post-implementation reviews of past projects. You will partner with more senior teammates to gather the inputs necessary for the investment scorecard and generate scorecard results. Upon a project's completion, you will work to conduct post-implementation reviews to gain learnings and strengthen the investment process going forward.
We are seeking a candidate who is excited about the prospect of being part of a brand-new team and enjoys building new systems from scratch. You will also provide analytical insight into ways to improve the investment scorecard and investment process overall.

Job Responsibilities:
- Gather the data and metrics necessary to populate the investment scorecard
- Generate investment scorecards and review them with PXT Investments and Product stakeholders
- Develop reporting and analytical insights on the mix of investments across all product portfolios
- Help build out team systems and contribute to the ongoing development of the investment scorecard
- Conduct post-implementation reviews on projects to assess if they delivered on their stated benefits; synthesize these results and present these learnings
Required Qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- 3+ years professional experience in a technical field (e.g., finance, technology, economics)
- Strong problem-solving skills, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to build new systems from scratch
- Excellent written, oral, and visual communications skills
- Able to build relationships with a diverse set of peers across different job types
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to deliver iterative progress quickly
Preferred Qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- Prior experience as a product manager, program manager, developer, or in other technology roles a plus
