We are looking for a motivated Project/Product Analyst with a passion for solving business challenges through innovation and engineering practices. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of workplace and data related products, helping to manage project timelines, coordinate across multiple teams and ensuring successful delivery of products. Job Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to developing project plans, timelines, and reporting.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and closure of programs.
  • Ensure regular dialogue and engagement with stakeholders across lines of business.
  • Monitor project progress against milestones and adjust as needed.
  • Partner with Technology and Product Teams to maintain activity trackers.
  • Identify potential risks and collaborate on mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively address obstacles and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Provide input on improving project management processes.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure timely delivery.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 1+ years of applied experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT Project, Product, and Data Management.
  • Ability to collaborate with Product and Data teams to deliver solutions.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Effective relationship-building, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and provide clarity for project stability.
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and execute initiatives effectively.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document outcomes, and follow up on action items.
  • Proficiency in Confluence, JIRA, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Experience in simultaneously manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project and product development life cycle.
  • Product/Project Management certification such as PMP or CAPM, CSM or similar is a plus.
