As a Project Manager II in Dialer Services, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery, collaborating with business and technology partners to improve functionality and reporting. Your role is crucial in analyzing processes, managing user testing, and implementing solutions, while keeping senior management informed with comprehensive updates.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead specific workstreams and support the Strategic Operating Model development and deployment.
- Collaborate with sub-working groups to create key project deliverables, such as data analysis and process flows.
- Assist in resolving key program issues or risks.
- Partner with external leaders and stakeholders to design and implement a global operating model.
- Develop change management plans for transitioning to the target operating model.
- Maintain project plans, metrics, and risk/issues, and present status reports to senior management.
- Provide project or business analysis support for other projects.
- Manage communication of status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Conduct business and data analysis for cross-line business initiatives.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 4+ years of project management experience.
- Experience in finance, accounting, or risk.
- Proven ability to develop and execute project plans and business analysis.
- Experience in operational, process, or organizational design and change management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and accountability.
- Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience in cross-functional project management.
- Familiarity with corporate reporting platforms.
- Knowledge of global operating model design.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
