Define operational requirements during solution design and oversee readiness activities for new product implementations

- University/Masters Degree with at least 8 years Operations/Technology and/or Product experience with good understanding in eCommerce, FinTech or Payment Innovation.
- Full understanding of Treasury Services business, operations and technology strategy
- Technologically savvy. Good knowledge in Data Analytics/Data Visualization and/or Intelligent Automation on prior portfolios coverage
- Strong execution skills and hands on experience working on one or more of these areas: Real Time Payments, Blockchain, FX, Payments Innovation, e-commerce, Alternative Payments, ISO20022 transformation and SWIFT
- Strong commitment to providing high standards of quality client service
- Adaptability in maintaining standards and adjusting effectively to operate within new work structures, processes or requirements
