Commercial Term Lending (CTL) is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Project Management Analyst. This key position will support the Co-Head of CTL and Project Management Director for Sales.

As a Project Management Associate within the Commercial Term Lending team, you provide commercial real estate owners and investors with term financing solutions for purchase or refinance of stabilized multifamily, industrial, retail, office, and mixed use properties. CTL is the leading provider of debt capital and banking services within the commercial real estate industry. CTL serves commercial real estate operators across the U.S. with our over 1,000 employees nationwide, Through our teams of locally based experts, CTL delivers financing solutions for the acquisition or refinance of their commercial real estate assets as well as delivering a full suite of banking solutions, through personalized service

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level of administrative support, meeting, and event coordination for Co-Head of CTL
  • Managing projects from initiation through implementation and preparing business reports/requirements
  • Gathering, analyzing, and presenting project data and insights
  • Provisioning ad hoc project support
  • Tracking and monitoring of key metrics
  • Monitoring multiple sales and technology initiatives
  • Managing training and system support
  • Arranging travel and meeting and event coordination
  • Manage expense reports
  • Managing data and provide support for technology/application questions
  • Managing equipment

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport
  • Ability and desire to manage or initiate special projects
  • Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong sense of urgency, self-starter and can work independently
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, prioritize, multi-task and produce successful results
  • Tact and good judgment in confidential situations
  • Flexibility with regard to work schedule and task prioritization
  • Fast learner, able to adapt quickly and work within a team setting

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or related discipline preferred
  • 4-6 years of proven analysis and administrative work experience
