As a Project Management Associate on the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Programs Management team, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier program support for early career programs within the Commercial Real Estate business. This includes Real Estate Banking, Community Development Banking, and/or Agency Lending. Your role encompasses managing the summer internships, and full-time analyst and associate programs in one of three aligned CRE businesses
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the overall administration and management of the full-time Analyst and Summer Intern programs.
- Provide program support by collaborating with all levels of CRE Management, Resource Managers, Staffers, Analysts, and Interns nationwide.
- Support recruiting efforts and the hiring processes alongside CB Recruiting.
- Assist in coordination efforts for onboarding summer interns and analysts.
- Help plan and coordinate mid and year-end performance reviews, talent reviews, feedback surveys, and more.
- Assist in the program placement process at the end of the program.
- May assist in coordinating program-related training sessions, which may include traveling to CRE locations nationwide.
- Manage all program communications and materials.
- Manage, prepare, and lead monthly meetings for program stakeholders and senior management to communicate program updates.
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute executive reporting materials to senior management.
- Handle ad hoc projects as needed.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- BS/BA degree
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills with ability to handle tasks concurrently.
- Proactive self-starter able to effectively lead and manage independently
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint/ Pitch Pro and MS Teams.
- Excellent program/project management abilities in combination with proven teamwork and influential skills.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnership with multiple levels of employees.
- Ability to lead meetings independently, making sound judgements
- Ability to build strong internal networks and navigate across various lines of business
- Strong problem solving/analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- 3+ years of prior experience, preferably in a program management or related work experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
