Consumer and Community Banking Marketing Transformation is seeking to expand our team with a talented, data-driven, and relationship focused Program Manager who will lead strategic marketing projects.

As a Program Manager on the Marketing Transformation and Change Management team, you will be a part of our Marketing Center of Excellence (COE). You will be responsible for leading strategic marketing projects and change initiatives that guide business transformation and operational excellence within the marketing function. You will focus on guiding projects to modernize our marketing capabilities and spearheading key MarTech (Marketing Technology) initiatives. You should possess a strong blend of project management expertise, strategic thinking, change management capabilities, and strong presentation and storytelling skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end marketing project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve project objectives.
  • Understand current trends and best practices to inform strategic decision-making and project planning.
  • Develop and present business cases to support strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Implement comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and training programs.
  • Monitor project progress and change initiatives, gathering feedback and making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, strategy development, and change management within marketing or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • In-depth understanding of marketing principles, marketing technology platforms, and data analytics.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and innovation.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
  • Experience in a financial services or similar industry.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP), Agile project delivery (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster).
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and best practices.

**Please note, we are back in the office in a hybrid model (3 days a week) we will not consider 100% remote or other locations if not listed on this requisition

Through the use of data and analytics, they create and deliver marketing campaigns or servicing messages through Chase.com, the mobile app, and paid media channels based on what is best for the customer.
