As a Program Management Associate in Commercial Banking on the Sales & Business Enablement team, you will focus on programs to facilitate matriculation of experienced newly hired bankers. You will report to the Program Director, New Hire Matriculation, and will assist in managing the execution of programming for new hires as well as provide data and analytic support. As a member of the team, you will partner closely with leaders in the Commercial Banking business, Business Support Management, and partners across HR in New Joiner Experience, Learning, and Business Advisory to successfully deliver this program.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program Director and team in the management of all program-related tasks, including but not limited to program logistics, scheduling, enrollments, communications, processes, and ongoing reporting.
- Build interactive and engaging sessions plus resources and playbooks to empower new joiners and managers.
- Maintain, prepare, and summarize Executive reporting materials on key program initiatives.
- Work closely with VP to facilitate ongoing programming - attend, lead, and facilitate meetings and program sessions in front of large audiences as needed.
- Maintain program KPIs, plus develop processes to gather data from various sources to provide holistic view of new joiner participation and provide deeper analytical insights to program leads.
- Coordinate with Analytics team to align data to other data models.
- Manage workflow and improve efficiency of monthly reporting of matriculation insights to managers.
- Analyze trends related to Banker Matriculation Model and provide insights to program lead.
- Maintain overall program success metrics and improve workflow for efficiency.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 3 plus years relevant experience post-college graduation; experience in a program management role a plus.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to leverage data and build visually appealing executive insight reporting.
- Experience designing and facilitating programs as well as build engaging and interactive activities and modules that complement adult learning styles and drive outcomes.
- Superior analytical, leadership, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills across audience levels.
- Ability to work with large data sets to pull trends and insights.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to different audiences.
- Inclusive leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across different groups.
- Ability to lead meetings and conference calls for independent workstreams; accuracy and attention to detail is critical.
- Ability to travel to various office locations.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Understanding of Commercial Banking.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and follow-through.
- Working knowledge of Alteryx.
- Ability to learn new technologies (Mentimeter, SharePoint, etc.).
