As a Product Delivery Manager in Omnichannel Solutions, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.

We are seeking a dynamic "Lead Production Validation Tester" to drive quality and security in our cutting-edge payment terminal applications. Job responsibilities

  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production validation testers, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Assign and monitor testing tasks, managing workload distribution to meet project deadlines and quality goals.
  • Define, develop, and implement comprehensive testing strategies for payment terminal applications, ensuring complete test coverage across different hardware and software configurations.
  • Manage the production testing lifecycle, from planning and execution to bug reporting and resolution, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet the highest quality standards.
  • Validate the compliance of payment applications with relevant standards such as PCI-DSS, EMVCo, and other global payment regulations.
  • Facilitate post-release reviews, identifying areas of improvement and lessons learned for future projects.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance testing tools, methodologies, and frameworks, aiming to improve efficiency and reduce time to market.
  • Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including test reports, validation results, and sign-off documents.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
  • Testing Tools: Deep understanding of manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Postman) and bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
  • Payment Terminal Expertise: In-depth knowledge of payment terminal software, including EMV, NFC, contactless, and mobile payment systems.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and guide a diverse team of testers.
  • Proven experience in managing test teams, defining goals, and fostering collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, managing sprints, and driving test integration into development pipelines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to testing and problem-solving.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments, ensuring software compliance with security and industry standards.
  • Certifications: ISTQB Certification or similar QA certifications, and familiarity with payment industry certifications such as PCI-DSS is a plus.
  • Programming Skills: Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or Java for automated test development is desirable.
