As a Production & Design Lead within the Insights & Impact team), you will play a pivotal role in the strategic project management and amplification of the JPMorganChase Institute research, PolicyCenter priorities, and Insights & Impact priorities across Corporate Responsibility to advance inclusive economic growth. In this role, you will report to the Head of Insights & Impact and collaborate closely across Corporate Responsibility teams to lead the project management and design strategy across these workstreams, including the direct management of an internal team and external vendors.

Job responsibilities
- Develop and lead an overall project management strategy and tracking system across Institute, PolicyCenter, and I&I content priorities, including coordination of relevant controls and stakeholder reviews.
- Manage a team of employees and vendors to develop and execute project plans and deadlines for research, policy and insights publications and deliverables, including design assets (web design, email marketing, data visualizations, briefs, reports, etc.) and editorial content.
- Coordinate across internal and external teams to ensure content and release strategies are aligned with stakeholder engagement strategies and impact goals.
- Lead and improve organizational processes and systems, including content or channel management, engagement tracking and analytics, and/or risk management activities, based on quantitative and qualitative data (e.g., email/web metrics, documented lessons learned in after-action reports) as well as industry best practices.
- Oversee and creation and design strategy for print and digital collateral associated with Institute, PolicyCenter, and I&I content.
- Build and maintain relationships across Corporate Responsibility and the lines of business to support shared goals and manage risks appropriately.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 7+ years of experience in project management and strategy
- Passion for JPMorganChase Corporate Responsibility mission
- Results-oriented self-starter with strong independent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with internal and external partners, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Experience in people and vendor management
- Flexibility and organization to manage dynamic timelines and competing priorities
- Positive self-starter with strong independent problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience and success in roles requiring attention to detail
- Deep prior experience with core Microsoft Office applications and project management tools
- Bachelor's degree required
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Experience in economic policy, public affairs, design, and/or communications
