Product UX Researcher - Analytics Solutions Manager

As a Analytics Solutions Manager within the Product and Experience team, you'll conduct UX research to transform data publishing products. Your insights will shape our roadmap and enhance customer journeys. Collaborate with teams to understand needs, identify gaps, and drive innovative solutions for seamless data workflows.

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to create product research artifacts.
  • Partner with product teams to analyze customer data and improve experiences.
  • Develop business requirements, use cases, and product requirements.
  • Establish and maintain user-centric research processes, including market analysis and usability testing.
  • Represent customer needs throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Identify and test customer usage hypotheses using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Evaluate design proposals with customer interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in user research or usability testing.
  • Hands on expertise in web-based application testing and analysis.
  • Master's degree in usability research or HCI
  • Portfolio showcasing user-centered expertise and analysis documentation.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written communication abilities.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • PhD in usability research, HCI, or a related field.
  • Experience collaborating with teams and Product Managers to identify user needs.
  • Expertise in behavioral analytics tools like Heap, Pendo, or Adobe Analytics.
  • Proficiency in web application design, including information architecture and usability principles.
