Product Operations Manager, Zelle, Vice President

Chase is looking for a Product Operations Manager to join the Zelle General Management team. Zelle is the largest P2P network in the U.S. - serving millions of Chase customers every day and playing a critical role in helping them manage their financial lives. The successful candidate will join a high visible and performing team at Chase. You will partner across the Zelle product team, multiple internal functions, and external network partners to deliver again Chase's business goals/objectives. You will be a strong communicator, excellent relationship builder, flexible in a fast-paced environment, and have a process-driven mindset.

As a Product Operations Manager within the Zelle General Management team at Chase, you will play a critical role in managing financial lives of millions of Chase customers every day. You will partner across the Zelle product team, multiple internal functions, and external network partners to deliver Chase's business goals/objectives. Your strong communication skills, excellent relationship building abilities, flexibility in a fast-paced environment, and process-promoten mindset will be key to your success in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage internal processes to ensure network rules adherence across different internal stakeholders
  • Interface directly with Early Warning Services (EWS) to advocate for Chase's objectives and help drive network-wide strategy
  • Partner closely with operations, risk and product teams to drive holistic Zelle claims and customer support strategy
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute Chase's customer facing marketing strategy for Zelle
  • Communicate progress, value, and blockers to the wider business, including executive leadership
  • Analyze internal data, monitor market trends, and conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement or product differentiation

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

  • 7+ years of relevant general management, strategy, consulting, or product management experience
  • 5+ years of payments or consumer financial services experience
  • Experience with process design and stakeholder management
  • Highly collaborative and capable of managing large, complex, cross-functional projects
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Calm under high pressure and tight delivery timelines
  • Bachelor's degree required

Preferred qualifications, capabilities & skills:

  • Advanced degree preferred
