As a Product Manager in Cyber Intelligence, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you act as the voice of the customer, developing products that provide significant customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide successful product launches, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

The Cyber Intelligence product team sets the strategy for Brand Protection, Fraud Prevention, Threat Intelligence, and Threat Modeling across the firm. This function helps the organization understand the risks of the most common and severe external threats by providing in-depth information about potential attack sources relevant to the firm. It also aims to reduce the risk of threat actors gaining a foothold in the firm by enhancing CTC's ability to detect and prevent threats, adopting a preemptive and proactive approach to preventing cyber incidents.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic thinking and maintain a multi-year, risk-based product roadmap that clearly represents the objectives, key results, deliverables, dependencies, and benefits of Cybersecurity Operations Intelligence teams.
  • Manage Product and assist in leading complex, firm-wide product developments in collaboration with business partners. Beyond maintaining the backlog, ensure that audit and regulatory commitments are aligned with the product's book of work.
  • Collaborate cross-team to ensure seamless integration with key product domains within Cyber Intelligence.
  • Develop a roadmap to Assist in creating and maintaining a multi-year, risk-based product roadmap that highlights key deliverables, dependencies, and benefits.
  • Communicate adaptively to adapt communication styles based on contextual needs, utilizing a broad range of approaches to enhance influence and effectiveness.
  • Align Regulatory to ensure that audit and regulatory commitments are aligned with product objectives.
  • Resolve Issue todetect and effectively resolve project issues.
  • Evaluate Data andevaluate information from multiple sources to ensure consistency and determine cross-impacts.
  • Report at senior-Level to provide senior-level presentations and ongoing reporting on key programs.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience as an Architect/Engineer, Technology Product Owner/Manager, or Service Delivery Manager
  • Experience producing product artifacts, including use cases, product requirements, user journeys, high-level wireframes, etc.
  • Ability to provide product management artifacts and deliverables such as roadmaps, product overviews, reports, backlog, and documentation. Help bring to life the product organization construct.
  • Ability to develop and analyze product architecture.
  • Ability to analyze the threat landscape and develop programs to enhance the overarching product risk posture.
  • Ability to provide program and project leadership across multiple teams to illustrate strategy is reducing risk and meets the needs of JPMC customers. Partner with other product leads, architects, and engineers to reduce risk.
  • Operates in a customer-centric mode and leverages risk methodologies to translate the needs of the business and its customers into feature-level requirements into product backlogs.
  • Strong influence and negotiating skills, and the ability to overcome barriers and resistance to execute against strategic plans.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience working in an agile environment and driving continuous improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of a large enterprise organization.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix management model with stakeholders and virtual teams across global locations
  • Ability to forge strong relationships and build a wide network throughout the firm.
  • Supplier/Vendor management experience preferred.
  • Desired (but not required) operational, technical, and/or product management experience in Cyber Technology, including one or more of the following areas:
    • Attack Analysis
    • Threat, 3rd Party & Fraud Intelligence
    • Digital Forensics & Analytic Services
    • Assessments, Malware & Security Research
    • Security Incident & Event Management (SIEM)
    • Incident Response
    • Endpoint Protection
    • Vulnerability Management
