DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Develop new and innovative ways in which clients and users can use data assets to consume data, develop insights, and produce business value. Collaborate across many cross-functional groups, including analytics, technology, operations, finance, risk, compliance, and legal, to understand business needs and use cases. Deliver new business models and products based on Merchant Services' data assets, creating value for clients and users. Drive product roadmap for power analytics and reporting use cases. Define strategy for the utilization of data from multiple data sources to improve insights and analytical conclusions. Drive the technology team within an agile delivery framework, facilitate the backlog, and participate in Product Backlog refinement to define the needs and set goals. Drive and improve the data quality of current data environment to support the delivery of insights across all analytics and stakeholder functions. Work with data engineering to define data definitions and metadata.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, Business Analyst, Test Lead, Test Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Merchant Services Acquiring payment processing; analytical and reporting lifecycle; managing analytic and reporting product backlog for payment acquiring technical teams; assessing the data flow for a merchant acquiring business; SQL query development; at least one of the following cloud-based data platforms: Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform; software development lifecycle; Agile methodologies; designing and developing cloud based analytic and reporting solutions for consumers.
Job Location: 8181 Communications Pkwy, Plano, TX 75024. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
