DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Responsible for end-to-end data analysis, business analysis, design, and execution of project deliverables including new initiatives, enhancements to existing logic, data ingestion, front-end visualization, data products, and support of tools required for financial data workflows and improved business value. Define technology strategy and vision for product and platform. Collaborate with cross line of business stakeholders and Analytics, Operations, Production Management, and Technology teams to align to and communicate technology strategy. Lead functional review sessions with cross-team engineering, business, and operations partners to ensure requirements are clear and product aligns to expected results. Manage introduction of innovative solutions, new and enhanced component development, and overall platform health and performance. Provide technical platform support and business and user support. Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and eliminate or remediate recurring issues to improve overall operational stability of the platform. Simplify complex logic to streamline analytics, data workflows and technical implementation of financial and profitability metrics across revenue, expenses, and capital. Develop and enhance financial data models for communication to senior business and operations stakeholders, to analyze downstream cross impact and improve business decision making.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Financial Engineering, or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager, Software Engineer, IT Lead, Business Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: IT and software engineering concepts, product delivery disciplines, and agile project management; Software Development Life Cycle management including defining functional specifications, application maintenance, system and product validation, QA functions, cost management and optimization, and operational stability; data management and warehousing, data analysis, data modeling and database methodologies including SQL skills to maintain, create, and retrieve data from database platforms; Business Analysis; upstream and downstream communication and collaboration among disparate teams and stakeholders across business, product, and technology; Product Development and Product Ownership; Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau and Cognos.

Full-Time. Salary: $172,500 - $201,000 per year.
