As a Senior Associate Content Designer in the ealth Mangement Product Design team you will collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and work with a cross-functional team to develop digital products that align with business goals and user needs. Your focus will be on crafting user-centered content that cuts through complex industry jargon and regulations, making it easy for clients to manage their finances.

Job responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers, researchers, product, and technology teams to enhance digital products for clients
- Lead content creation and optimization for web and mobile platforms
- Develop content strategies aligned with business goals and user needs
- Navigate the complexities of localizing content for a global audience
- Contribute to style guides and content design systems for consistency and quality
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content design and digital banking
- Ensure content is on-brand, accessible, legally compliant, and clear
- Use research and data insights to inform content design decisions
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 7+ years of experience in digital content creation (UX writing, content design, copywriting)
- Relevant education
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Figma and other design tools
- Experience with accessibility, inclusive design, and localization
- Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to build consensus
- Project management skills for handling multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence for navigating team dynamics and stakeholder relationships
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- An online portfolio demonstrating content design experience (please include any passwords if password protected)
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industry
