As a Product Delivery Manager in Acquisition Offers & Capabilities (AOC), you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.
This role will work across all area product groups within Acquisition Offers & Capabilities (AOC) to support all major planning, delivery, and strategic needs. They will liaise with the Product Owner and Area Product Owners to ensure we are proactively staying ahead and on top of all required functions to keep the product healthy and successful.

Job responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Manages all key documentation as required across the area products (roadmaps, budget, planning, headcount, etc.)
- Advises and weighs in on efficiencies and processes that can help improve how the broader team and quad functions
- Assists and/or leads special projects as needed to support the broader product
- Is the single point of contact (POC) with product portfolio team and help weigh in with product input as needed on ongoing processes, meetings, documents, etc.
- Acts broadly as a generalist across the Acquisition Offers & Capabilities (AOC) product to help connect dots, drive key conversations, and raise enhancements to how we run our product
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- Superior written and oral communication skills that can quickly adapt to succinctly provide the right level of details and messaging for different levels and size of audience
- Ability to handle changes and information that happen on the fly and in unplanned situations, find resolution to gaps and problems, and ultimately help drive the solution
- Vocal and proactively willing to raise feedback to teams, peers, and leadership
- Enjoys cementing strategic thinking into writing (emails, decks, etc.)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Previous financial services experience
