As a Product Delivery Director in Digital & Design Domain Services, you foster enhancements and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a leader on the team, you leverage your skillset to transform product delivery and create new ways for teams to continuously deliver value to their customers.

Within the broader Digital & Design team, the Domain Services team is a team that is responsible for delivering digital capabilities across our various front-end channels (JPMorgan Access, Chase Connect, Host-to-Host, APIs, and Enterprise Application Services) - including data, analytics, & reporting, onboarding, and self-service. The team places a premium on creative and practical problem solving that can move the needle on key business objectives and deliver tangible client impact.

Job responsibilities

  • Direct principal activities across the end-to-end product delivery journey including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Own the change management framework across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain a high level of visibility over product timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  • Coach and mentors the product delivery team on best practices through collaborative discussions on resource management, dependency management, and deployment techniques to improve efficiencies
  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader on key opportunities identified related to product execution and continuous process improvement
  • Own materials and regular reporting on efforts to CIB leadership and cross-functional stakeholders - tell the Digital & Design Domain Services story
  • Identify opportunities in the organization and leverage expertise, influencing skills, and the internal network to execute against them
  • Develop a deep domain knowledge of various financial services and products including payments, banking, and digital

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
  • Extensive experience leading operational management and change readiness
  • Experience in enterprise-wide release and deployment processes and strategies
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
  • Superior written and oral communication and presentation skills with experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences - across business and technology partners, including senior leadership
  • Consulting orientation with ability to influence and effectively lead cross-functional teams
  • Basic data analysis skills and ability to 'tell a story' using data-driven insights

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Recognized thought leader within a related field
  • 5+ years of experience at a consulting firm
  • Deep understanding of the financial services and/or payments industry
