As a Product Delivery Associate in Branch Service team, you enable the release of products and features by overcoming obstacles. As an emerging member of the team, you work across the organization and enable the product to continuously deliver value, while gaining skills and experience to grow within your role.
Job responsibilities
- Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies.
- Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Documents blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability.
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines.
- Perform testing activities for initiatives across one or more assigned projects, utilizing processes, methods, metrics, and software that ensure the quality, reliability and systems safety and security. Lead test efforts. Lead, mentor, assist and coach your peers.
- Documents testing artifacts such as test plans, milestones, trace matrix, test scripts, defects and test execution reports.
- Work with area product owners and technology leads to identify the appropriate data for testing and prepare that data for the test cases.
- Assists Application Developers and technical support staff in identifying and resolving problems. Understands the interfacing applications, test environments, tools and methodologies.
- Operates comfortably in a multi-task / multi priority environment with aggressive timelines. Assists in the project quality reviews of assigned applications. Assess risk to the project based on the execution and validation while making appropriate recommendations.
- Drive improvements and change and facilitate test methodology discussions across the business unit. Provide project implementation support as needed.
- Assess post implementation issues against test inventory to identify gaps. Create and maintain test case inventory/library. Evaluate test processes/tools to identify opportunities for improvement, automation or consolidation of test practices.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area.
- Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams
- 2+ years of experience with system/application software testing or as a User of Branch applications and hardware
- Branch or Branch Support Experience
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Emerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes
- Experienced in writing use cases, functional specifications, scenarios, business processes, workflows, process flows, test cases, and test plans.
- Test case development and defect resolution
- JIRA Experience
- Experience in Agile development methodology
