The Payment Brand Implementations (PBI) Delivery team plays a crucial role in supporting the Global Platform by managing the planning and execution of network mandates. This includes spearheading the product development life cycle (PDLC) process, managing dependencies, and fostering effective collaboration with key partners and cross-functional teams. Through strategic leadership and coordination, we are instrumental in ensuring successful implementations while supporting the evolving needs across all aspects of the PBI program.
As a Senior Product Delivery Associate within PBI Delivery, you will be at the forefront of managing and executing the prompt review, assignment, and tracking of the incoming PBI workflow. Proficiency in PDLC principles and an understanding of payment methods and processing is desired. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders and management levels will be essential to your success in this role.

Job responsibilities
- Own and operate the PBI article review and assignment process for all credit/debit networks
- Effectively manage the article backlog by ensuring timely assessments and assignments; accountable for raising awareness for any issues or impediments
- Ensure systems of record are updated and reconciled adhering to controls requirements; requires both monitoring and performing updates as necessary
- Coordinate, plan, and host pre-discovery and discovery sessions
- Manage and host issues management meeting tracking new/high impact interchange and network fee issues along with any relevant watch items for the overall PBI program
- Monitor data hygiene within tools and repositories (e.g. Jira, Knowledge Management Framework) ensuring compliance with PDLC and PBI Delivery processes, and continuous audit readiness
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management, product delivery, or IT
- Experience in the payments industry with knowledge in processing, payment methods and types
- Proficient knowledge of PDLC and Agile methodology including use of Jira
- Excellent process / project management skills and attention to details
- Strong influencing and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams and results
- Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholder levels including senior management
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills with ability to effectively organize and motivate individuals
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with the capability to actively promote a collaborative, team-centric environment
