Product Control Manager Associate in Commercial Banking will be responsible for executing and managing surveys, performing sentiment analysis, delivering actionable insights, and conducting ad hoc analysis and reporting. They will contribute to process enhancement along with driving optimization and automations.

Job Summary: This employee should have a passion for improving the client experience, data and analysis, and how that information can be used for better decision making. In addition to supporting the analytics and insights management process, the employee would need to be comfortable and capable of working with multiple business partners, clients, and senior executives, communicating with them at their level of analytical / technical understanding.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute, manage, and analyze surveys to gather insights for business needs.
  • Utilize sentiment analysis tools and methods to gauge customer/client sentiment.
  • Deliver insights based on survey results and data analysis that can inform business strategies.
  • Respond to requests for ad hoc analysis and reporting to support business needs.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancement, recommending improvements and innovations.
  • Drive process optimization and automation within the scope of work.
  • Leverage data storytelling skills to communicate insights in a lucid, compelling way.
  • Map and document processes and journeys for transparency and enhanced understanding among stakeholders.
  • Utilize and leverage Adobe Analytics, Excel, and Alteryx to analyze data and derive insights.
  • Influence and negotiate effectively with stakeholders to drive acceptance and implementation of recommendations.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Compentencies:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience (Client experience, survey and insights management, research and analysis, data analytics)
  • Expertise in data analysis tools including Adobe Analytics, Advanced Excel , and Alteryx.
  • Self-starter, ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong data storytelling and visualization skills using Microsoft Power Point and other visualization tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in process enhancement and driving optimization and automation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information in differing degrees of detail
  • Investigative mindset, able to see issues at both high-level and in detail
  • Good organizational skills - manages & prioritizes multiple tasks within deadlines

Required Qualifications:

  • Master degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or any other related field or equivalent work experience.

Professional Background:

  • Financial service industry experience desired, but we are open to evaluating candidates with strong matching backgrounds from any industry.
